Mother’s Day 2011

It’s Sunday evening after Mother’s Day and my hands hurt! What a great Mother’s Day week! Floral Sunshine delivered flowers and smiles to mothers and grandmother’s all over Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, West Linn, Lake Oswego, Wilsonville, and Milwaukie!

Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival & Tulip Wine Down

Whitney, Vanessa, Oliver (the fluffy dog) and I visited the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm today and also enjoyed the festivities of the Tulip Wine Down in Woodburn. We enjoyed the sunshine, acres of unbelievably beautiful tulips, Mt. Angel Sausage, and wines from the region. Our two favorites wineries were St. Josef’s and Hauer of Dauen. My favorite tulips that I saw at the Wooden Shoe were called “Queen of the Night” – what a deep rich purple color!

Busy Floral Weekend

I apologize for the delayed blogging! It’s been a busy floral summer and another busy floral weekend. Wedding flowers delivered to the Aerie at Eagle Landing this morning and event flowers delivered to The Benson Hotel this afternoon! In the next few weeks, I plan to gather pictures from various weddings and events over the past several months and update my gallery with some highlights.

Thanksgiving around the corner

I can’t believe that Thanksgiving is right around the corner!  It’s been a busy summer and also Fall.  For the months of September and October, I did 4 weddings each month, all very unique and beautiful.  I will continue to post pictures in the Gallery as I receive them.

Thanksgiving is definitely a time to reflect.  There is so much to be thankful for, and I appreciate all the love and support that I’ve received from my family and friends.  And to my clients, thank you for the opportunity!
