We enjoyed the sunshine, acres of unbelievably beautiful tulips, Mt. Angel Sausage, and wines from the region. Our two favorites wineries were St. Josef’s and Hauer of Dauen. My favorite tulips that I saw at the Wooden Shoe were called “Queen of the Night” – what a deep rich purple color!
