I can’t believe that Thanksgiving is right around the corner! It’s been a busy summer and also Fall. For the months of September and October, I did 4 weddings each month, all very unique and beautiful. I will continue to post pictures in the Gallery as I receive them.
Thanksgiving is definitely a time to reflect. There is so much to be thankful for, and I appreciate all the love and support that I’ve received from my family and friends. And to my clients, thank you for the opportunity!

Today, I had the honor of creating a floral dog arrangement for Project Pooch’s “POOCH IN THE PUB 2009″ fundraising event. I was very pleased that the flower dog turned out so cute! I was inspired by my dog Oliver!

I just came across a nice Irish blessing that I wanted to share on my blog:
“May flowers always line your path and sunshine light your day. May songbirds serenade you every step along the way. May a rainbow run beside you in a sky that’s always blue. And may happiness fill your heart each day your whole life through.”

I had a special project this week! I created beautiful floral arrangements for one of the featured penthouses “Luster of the Pearl” (Unit #1606 in The Encore at the Park) of The 2009 NW Natural Street of Dreams. I designed the floral arrangements for the black-tie event and opening weekend to compliment interior designer Angela Todd’s hard work and incredible creative abilities. Pictures to come…!

I can’t believe it! It has been months of anticipation, and it’s finally almost time! Tomorrow, I’m going to Hawaii for both business and pleasure. I’m making floral arrangements for Jess & Tyson’s wedding, working on my tropical floral portfolio, exploring the big island, checking out the volcano, finding water adventures, visiting Hawaiian Tropicals, and of course, drinking piña coladas! Check back for updates, in the meantime… Aloha!

I made floral arrangements for a July 4th wedding! The theme was simple & elegant and the bride wanted white hydrangeas.
